Private and Business PA for small business owner

A lovely opportunity has arisen to join an incredibly unique and quirky tax advisory firm based in Orpington, Kent as a Personal Assistant. Our clients are hugely successful and true pioneers of their specific field. This role will be based in the beautiful private home of the founders and you will be providing both business and private support on 1:2 basis.

• Diary management
• Booking travel
• Preparing invoices 
• Payment of expenses 
• Managing multiple inboxes 
• Drafting contracts for sale (templates provided)
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time
• Supporting with client onboarding and stakeholder management
• Booking in speaking events and managing press enquiries
• Management of the household support
• Payment of school fees
• Support with bill payments 
• Personal travel booking

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join this small but power house of a team. Discretion, with the ability to deal with UHNW clients in a smooth and collective manner is absolutely essential. High attention to detail in addition to having the ability to work well under deadlines.

This role if flexible and can be part-time or full-time depending on the candidates requirements. This role will be based 4-5 days per week in Orpington.
