The Role

General office support

Arranging birthdays & anniversary celebrations as well as other office social events

Source team gifts including stash for our core values week

Calendar management of ExCo related meetings e.g. board meetings

Organise and ensure the smooth running of our biweekly global call, sourcing topics
and presenters

Planning our monthly and quarterly company strategy sessions, along with other
regular team meetings like:

 this will involve:
› Preparing any necessary materials
› Minuting meetings

Coordinating timely reporting on Company KPIs by the Function Team

Calendar and travel management for Managing Director
