This role is an excellent opportunity to progress your HR career, offers hybrid working and a salary of up to GBP24,000 depending on your experience.Your new roleIn this role you will support the HR function for the organisation and ensure that the administration of HR duties are carried out efficiently. This will include managing any queries, maintaining HR records and providing HR related reports as required. You will also assist with the recruitment process including selection, interviewing and onboarding of new employees. You will generally assist with the employee lifecycle including payroll administration (following training). Other duties will involve supporting HR related projects and meetings when required.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role you should have some strong experience in a similar role OR be a recent HR graduate looking to progress your HR career and any HR related experience will be an advantage. You will be well organised and able to prioritise your own workload, have excellent office administration and communication skills.
