Contracts Administrator
Immediately Required
Salary - GBP24,000 per annum pro rata or negotiable hourly rate
Length of Contract: 3 months +

Dk recruitment are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their social housing client based in Bath
The successful candidate will be providing the Property Safety team with administrative support to help the team meet and exceed legal compliance obligations.
Duties and responsibilities
Act as an effective point of contact for customers, consultants, contracts and suppliers for anything relating to asbestos safety programmes
Respond effectively and responsively to queries in a timely and proactive manner, providing resolutions
Ensure meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of service, reliability, quality and responsiveness
Report on performance to the Asbestos Manager
To ensure contract documents are kept up to date and stored on Intend
Lead on the administration of works order management systems, issuing of works orders and checking contractor delivery
Reconcile invoices for payment approval and administer purchase order systems.
Liaise with the Empty Homes and Asset Management teams to ensure certification is collated and quality checked.
Ensure Health and safety is in place at all times
Requirements
Have a knowledge of asbestos compliance/property compliance/health and safety or social housing
Experience of leading administrative services within an organisation which deals with large volumes of varied transactions
The ability to write reports derived from complex data in large volumes
Experience of service delivery that is successful and customer focused
