On behalf of ENCIRC, Adecco are recruiting for a Sales Administrator - Beverages (internal only) on a Fixed Term contract until the end of 2022
PackageSalary: GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Work Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8-5 Friday 8-2..75 hours
Main Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day management of customer accounts, ensuring all customer enquiries and complaints are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- Support Account Managers in relation to customer accounts, reporting and other associated tasks such as sample requests / 360 VAS & Storage templates / Production templates
- Ensure all customer and related company documentation is accurately produced through effective use of the company ERP and CRM packages
- Liaise with all departments to ensure resolution of any issues that may disrupt the supply chain
- Attend customer review meetings as required
- Work with the Accounts department to ensure accurate customer invoicing and quickly resolve any issues
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with Encirc Health & Safety regulations
- Leading & issuing minutes for daily (morning) Sales meeting
- Organising & collating reports for the monthly Sales meeting
- Marketing tasks - visits to Retail for market knowledge / assisting with Marketing reports
Essential Skills:
- Basic project management skills
- Basic level of influencing skills
- Customer service focused
- Must be detail orientated
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and make things happen
- Good IT skills - for example MS Office, SAP, Salesforce or other CRM & ERP systems
- Good communication skills, both written & verbal
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with people, both internal and external to the business
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of working within a sales office environment, being the initial point of contact for customers
- Knowledge of customer planning and ordering processes
- Some degree of Glass & Beverages manufacturing knowledge would be desirable but not essential
