An exciting opportunity for an experience customer service manager to join a reputable manufacturing business in Redditch, who are looking to improve and optimise their customer service processes.
The role is an amazing opportunity for the ideal candidate to improve varying customer service elements from communication standards with customers right through to management of complaints. You will be helping to build a culture of customer centricity and continuous improvement across all areas of customer care.
Main Responsibilities
Improving customer service elements across the business
Communication standards - answering times to queries, tracking follow ups, standard of written communication including emails and transferring of calls
Informing customers of delivery dates and progress towards hitting those dates
The business' webchat tool
Optimising the goods return process
Optimising the use of an internal 'customer services portal'
Looking into how a 'customer login' on the companies website can help customers
Overseeing delivery complaints and ensuring that the root cause is identified and resolved with any necessary training organised if needed
Errors in warehouse picking/palletisation of orders
Smoothing out customer collection
As the ideal candidate you will have:
Customer service management experience
Excellent communication
An influential voice with internal teams and stakeholders
Confidence developing and implementing new process/optimising current processes
Strong business acumen
Commercially aware of new customer service tactics or approaches
