We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Administrator to help deliver an exceptional end to end sales order experience to our customers. You will help to manage and process orders for high street and national brands such as Argos, Dunelm, Very, Wayfair, etc. As a result, previous experience is essential, with a particular focus on ownership of all tasks required to take, fulfil and report on orders. You will also need to be highly diligent, process driven, have a natural aptitude for software / technology and be customer service focussed. This will be a full-time, office based, five-day role, across a 38-hour week, working Mon to Thu from 0800 or 0830 to 1700 or 1730 (inclusive of a 60 min unpaid break) and Fri from 0800 to 1400 paying a salary of GBP24,000 - GBP30,000 per annum based on experience. As a Sales Operations Administrator at One-Call Furniture, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the key contact - including managing orders and delivery issues for a number of specific customers;
  • Processing sales orders using bespoke software;
  • Liaising with other internal departments to provide updates to order progress;
  • Processing delivery notes, updating order statuses on the internal system and circulating shipping schedules;
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers within the supply chain to resolve any logistical issues;
  • Regularly reviewing sales workflows and proactively identifying any gaps or issues arising;
  • Providing accurate data entry for the team in Excel and bespoke IT systems; and
  • Daily admin support, assisting all areas of responsibility for the Leadership team.

At One-Call Furniture, we are looking for a Sales Operations Administrator who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Have a minimum of 1 years experience in a sales and / or operations administrator position;
  • Have a customer focused approach and be comfortable communicating over email, telephone or in-person / video calls;
  • Have a high aptitude in the use of computers with good knowledge of software such as Excel and Word;
  • Have excellent attention to detail with an ability to handle large amounts of data;
  • Be highly organised and structured with the ability to prioritise important tasks;
  • Be able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines; and
  • Be flexible and proactive with an appetite for continual improvement.
