The Opportunity

This is a 12-month fixed term contract. Based at our HQ in Darwen as a People Team Administrator you ll support the wider team with all aspects of the employee lifecycle including payroll, case management and new starters.

You ll have the opportunity to continually innovate the ways we work and play a part in our continued growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

You will be working closely with the people partners supporting them with all things people. This will involve:

• Assisting with the preparation of documents for colleagues
• Manage the HR systems and database by keeping all employee records up to date
• Assist the payroll team with the processing of payroll, including the setup of new starters, leavers, variations to term
• Supporting on day-to-day admin duties
• Providing general support, assisting with People queries and managing the inbox

The Ideal Candidate

You ll be a customer focused with great communication skills. Having strong organisation and IT skills to be able to prioritise workload. You re someone who can work independently or as part of a team. Ideally, you ll have previous admin experience within a HR environment or recently finished HR studies and looking for the 1st step into industry.
