A global finance and advisory business is looking to take on a switched-on and highly capable Executive Assistant who will support one of their busiest teams with an exciting new project. This role will see you working closely with senior management providing full support. This is a hybrid role where you will be in the office 3 to 4 days per week and work from home 1 to 2 days depending on your work requirements for each week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting a small team of up to 6 people, managing and delivering a large-scale investment deal for a global investment firm. Day to day duties will include:-
To be successful, you will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar finance support role, be an excellent communicator and an efficient multitasker.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting a small team of up to 6 people, managing and delivering a large-scale investment deal for a global investment firm. Day to day duties will include:-
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Liaising with stakeholders and clients at all levels
- Planning travel and coordinating all logistics
- Coordinating agendas and briefings
- Inputting data into the CRM system and managing CRM data flow
- Assisting with presentations and reporting
To be successful, you will have 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar finance support role, be an excellent communicator and an efficient multitasker.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Positive can-do attitude
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Outlook
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- This role will pay between £50-£60K per annum (DOE)
