Team Assistant

Fast spaced, varied and rapidly growing boutique investment firm are looking for a sparky and reliable Team Assistant and Receptionist to join them as soon as possible! With huge scope for progression and personal development, you will have the opportunity to support Senior Management in addition to the wider team. Based in gorgeous offices in the heart of the West End, you will be part of a collaborative environment with a wonderful, work hard, play hard culture.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has experience within a similar Team PA role but are open to looking at candidates with fantastic transferable skills. You must have some office experience and worked in a busy and vibrant office environment.

ROLE:

• Providing dairy management support for up to 8 people
• Arranging complex international and national travel
• Creating itineraries across differing time zones
• Liaising with top investors and stakeholders
• Taking a proactive approach and looking for new and innovative ways to implement new systems
• Meeting and greeting HNW guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintaining meeting rooms – arranging books and ensuring they are tidy at all times
• Ad-hoc office management duties – I.E Ordering office supplies, assisting with catering for events etc.
