Client Services Manager

My client is a consultancy; at the top of their game with philanthropic and community building interests. They specialise in design, management, and planning projects and are seeking a personable and savvy Client Services Manager to join their fantastic and close-knit team. The role is office-based, with an emphasis on building strong customer relationships - you should be a strong communicator, both written and verbal!  Your role will be fast-paced and varied, overseeing a small team and ensuring that tasks are delivered to a high standard. Additionally, you will be an integral part to a premises move, with a large input with preparation, planning and establishing procedure. The firm has an incredibly low turnover, with a collaborative team and truly fabulous offices!

Duties will include:

• Acting as the daily ‘go-to’ person
• Managing the client services team
• Booking and manage meeting room bookings and all associated activities.
• Event organisation
• Developing and maintaining rapport with regular guests and clients.
• Assisting with the preparation for the office move.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to adeptly multitask and will have strong organisational skills. You should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as experience in a customer facing role.
