Exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to play an essential part of a financial public relations firm as Front of House. This firm is looking for a proactive, driven and eager individual to take on this dynamic role. 

You'll work closely with the Office Manager, support a team of EAs and enhance you reception skills with this leading firm. They are looking for a highly proactive, adaptable and savvy candidate who ensure the smooth running of reception. 

This company is looking for a proactive, savvy candidate, an individual who is organised and determined to get struck in and unafraid to help with anything. 

As Front of House, you would be the first point of contact, duties include, but not limited to: 
  • Meeting and greeting guests, clients and VIPs
  • Ensure reception is always presentable
  • Admin duties: filing, photocopying, proofreading
  • Answering calls and acting as gatekeeper
  • Managing the office diary and scheduling meetings
  • Making sure inventory, refreshments are always stocked, as well as the collection of post

This role requires you to be outgoing and personable as you will be liaising with high profile clients in this fast paced, effervescent atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3+ years’ experience as a Receptionist or Office Assistant. You must have worked as a Receptionist or Office Assistant within investment, private equity or professional services. 

Initially, this is a one month assignment, however, if you impress, there is a potential of being extended. 

5 days a week in office.
