PA to Entrepreneur/CEO, Art World

We are looking for a positive, committed and highly motivated individual to take on the role of PA to an entrepreneur/CEO in the art world, principally focusing on diary and inbox management. This person will be discreet, have excellent communication skills and be adept at time management and prioritising tasks.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Running the Principal's extremely busy diary, organising meetings as required
• Managing their inbox which receives a high volume of emails, ensuring nothing gets missed and handled in a timely manner
• Providing general support and executive duties

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role (supporting a Founder/Entrepreneur/CEO), not necessarily in the art world
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
• Efficient and able to process and prioritise high volumes of work
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated and ability to adapt to the principal’s systems and procedures
• Remaining calm under pressure and being able to stick to deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be contactable out of hours at evenings and weekends 
• Experience in booking private jet travel would be useful 

Flexibility with regards to working location is essential. This role will be split between remote working and central London offices. You may sometimes be required to travel internationally.
