This is an amazing opportunity to join a top Global Technology company based in beautiful offices in the heart of the city. Our client is looking for a professional, pro-active, and enthusiastic individual to act as a Front of House ambassador on their busy reception desk. You will need to be available immediately, have good organisation skills, strong communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels. You will need to have the ability to multitask within a fast-paced role – no two days are the same!

 

This is an ongoing position offering temp to perm opportunities for the right candidate, flexible working hours and Office Angels temp benefits!

 

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: City of London

Hours:  09:00 – 17:30

Rate:   £12.00 - £13.00 per hour

Duties:

 

  • Based on reception; to answer all internal and external telephone calls in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Meet and greet clients, offer beverages and newspapers.
  • Manage meeting room diary.
  • Providing beverages and ordering catering for on-site meetings.
  • Deal with collections and deliveries, distribute as required.
  • Arrange couriers and taxis.
  • Arranging travel for staff.
  • Assist with daily queries, both internal and external.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Educated to degree level * or equivalent Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels confidently and professionally.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel to intermediate standard. 
  • Experience in a similar reception role in a corporate environment is desired.
  • Someone available immediately, on an ongoing basis.
