A highly reputable professional services consultancy is looking for an accomplished and credible Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. This role will be on a full-time basis, with a hybrid working pattern from the picturesque city of Oxford and within a collaborative, high functioning, and fun company culture. Role & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the talent function, providing strong and empowering leadership to the existing team
- Partner with the head of HR to create and drive attraction and recruitment strategy plans within the business
- Drive recruitment globally across US and Australia
- Provide advise to hiring managers and senior stakeholders in best hiring practices and strategies, using available data where needed
- Engaging in Employer Brand and promote the talent team's image internally and externally
- Produce reports and metrics on hiring to share with senior managers when required
- Manage the graduate programme, internships, and work experience opportunities
- Work with the talent co-ordinator to source and implement a new global ATS system
Experience & Skills required:
- Proven talent management experience
- Hold a graduate degree or relevant CIPD qualification
- A proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent
- Eager to make impact and contribute ideas
- Problem solver with solution focused approach
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
- Impeccable stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of Emotional Intelligence
