As Studio Coordinator, your role will be based in beautiful offices where you will be surrounded by inspiring creative types and will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office space and social events!

Role:
- Organising the catering for office socials and events, know the best local producers / where to get the best lunches etc.
- Dealing with team queries
- Being the face of the office for any questions or issues
- Organise meetings
- Ordering supplies and keeping on top of stock
- Ensure the office is running smoothly day to day
Person:
- Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in operations / studio or office assistance or from within hospitality sector
- A proactive approach to tasks and able to use your own initiative
- Must be happy and confident around people – a natural extrovert or social character who will build strong work relationships
- Generally happy to get stuck-in and assist as much as possible
- Top class levels of service - someone who really cares about making it a positive place to work
