Client Associate Role

A Family Office are looking for a Client Associate to join their growing team in London. The company was founded in 2012 by partners with a Hedge Fund and Corporate Finance background. With this investment pedigree, they provide wide-ranging services to a select number of families.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a high calibre, disciplined all-rounder, who thrives within a pressurised and fast-paced working environment, to work with senior management and be part of a close-knit and collaborative team.

With direct exposure to clients, they will be a natural ambassador taking great pride in their work and experience in managing a large number of small but important tasks often with strict deadlines. Selfmotivated, they must have strong follow-through skills and possess polished written and verbal communication, demonstrating emotional intelligence and conscientiousness.

Knowledge of financial services is desirable however a fast learner and solutions-driven candidate is equally advantageous.

Client Associate duties will include but not be limited to:

Compiling client communication materials

Proof-reading, preparing and formatting documents

Liaising with banks on all aspects of wealth management

Monitoring workflows, pushing forward action points

Maintaining CRM systems

Delivering on ad hoc client requests ranging from support on investments to travel, gifting and other varied projects

Essential attributes for Client Associate Role:

Superb English, attention to detail and proof-reading skills

Proven ability in providing seamless support under pressure

Exceptionally organised and always planning ahead

Confidence in working across time zones

High degree of emotional intelligence

Demonstrated analytical skills

Calm and composed A 'roll up your sleeves' attitude and team-orientated focus

Strong Microsoft Office skills
