Team Assistant

Our client, an inspiring and forward thinking environmentally focused charity is looking for a professional and proactive Team Assistant to support the remarkable and welcoming team. This is a 6 month fixed term contact.

Based in lovely offices in the heart of the West End, the successful Team Assistant will be joining a collaborative and inclusive team who have the most amazing culture and have a real passion for their work.

This is a busy and varied role, where the successful Team Assistant will be scheduling and organising extensive and complex diaries for the team, working closely with clients, aiding with event management and so much more. Therefore, all applicants must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainability.

Duties include:

• Organising events
• Client research
• Extensive diary management
• Email correspondence
• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Meeting and greeting clients

This is a 6-month fixed contract with exciting opportunities, all applicants must be immediately available.
