We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced bilingual (English and Norwegian/Swedish/ Finnish/Danish or German), high-level Private Personal Assistant to support our UHNW client, based between her private residence in Windsor and office in Mayfair, London. This is a fantastic role for a hands-on, multi-tasking PA, to support our incredibly busy client, and to ensure that every element of her life runs smoothly.

As a successful businesswoman and championship horse rider, our client requires support in the organisation and scheduling of her private affairs and diary, as well as assistance with multiple large property refurbishments, both in the UK and Norway. As the Personal Assistant, you will wear many hats and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Thus, a super organised, proactive and highly flexible individual would be best suited for this role.

You will be responsible for all diary management, travel arrangements, refurbishment administration, vendor liaison, and event organisation, as well as any ad-hoc duties that might be required. Our client travels frequently between the UK and Europe, and the ability to travel with her at times will be required. A second language (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Danish or German) would be highly advantageous, but not essential.  A high-profile principal, our client is looking for a highly competent, efficient PA with excellent communication skills, able to maintain the highest level of discretion. You will have experience working with UHNW individuals in a similar position, and be able to hit the ground running.

Working days will likely be Monday to Friday, hours negotiable, with flexibility required at times. You will be based between the office in Ascot and the private residence in Windsor, with occasional travel to Europe required at times.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • General household and personal administration
  • Diary management
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Liaising with service providers and contractors
  • Managing overseas properties
  • Handling personal finances and administration efficiently
  • Paying invoices and managing bills
  • Organising of events
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Previous experience as a high-level Private PA
  • Strong organisational skills and exacting attention to detail
  • Bilingual in English and a second language as stated above
  • High level of energy, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Discrete, honest and trustworthy
  • Experience in working with UHNW clients or knowledge of the luxury industry
  • Polished, presentable and confident with dealing with high-profile clients
  • Hard-working and a team player
  • Excellent checkable references
