Executive Assistant to CFO
We are looking for a hands-on, full time Executive Assistant to the CFO of an well known international group.
Job Goals and Objectives:
- Providing comprehensive EA support to the CFO: administrative, logistical, and technical
- Overall responsibility for all operational and administrative aspects of the everyday work of the CFO, allowing him to focus solely on his job; must be able to identify administrative issues that require handling and to attend to them promptly.
Job Tasks and Assignments:
- Assisting the CFO with daily administrative duties and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks
- Managing an active calendar of appointments, organizing meetings, video conferences etc, coordinating availability and dates with relevant parties involved
- General understating of company business processes to be able to better assist with prioritization of tasks and independent thinking.
- Strong negotiation skills in dealing with counterparts.
- Research and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CFO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
- Booking and arranging overseas travel, agenda, transport, and accommodation including all the required reservations and expense reimbursements
- Act as the first point of contact for administrative issues related to the CFO
- Communicates directly and on behalf of the CFO with global stakeholders, staff, board members, external partners, etc.
Job requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in providing support to upper-level executive in a medium to large corporate – a mandatory requirement.
- Experience in arranging/coordinating meetings on an international basis
- Full proficiency in MS computer applications – Outlook, Office, and the Internet.
- Experience in a hi-tech/ online corporate- a big advantage
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Sound confidential approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
