Marketing Manager - Dubai
20,000 – 25,000 AED per month + great benefits

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team.  To be successful in this role you must have start-up experience in the UAE.  

Duties Include:
  • Lead and execute acquisition strategies across paid channels to accelerate marketing sourced revenue and achieve business goals
  • Prioritise channels in order to grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and content
  • Create data analysis, KPIs and a measurement and testing process; constantly monitor and improve the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns
  • Develop and deliver highly effective social media and email marketing campaigns to support revenue growth
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns
  • Create mock-ups of new/updated web pages and write clear briefs to web developers
  • Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency
  • Any adhoc requests
 
Essential requirements:
  • Start-up experience between 5-10 years in Growth Hacking with focus on:
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Email Marketing (newsletters)
  • Affiliate Marketing/brand marketing
  • Content Marketing (blogs & social media Ar and En)
  • Offline Campaigns
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Community Management
  • Video Content
  • Branding
  • SEM
Technical Experience in :
  • Compelling Value Propositions
  •  Consumer Insight & data Analysis
  • Developing Pitch Decks
  • Storytelling
  • PPC & Targeting
