EA for two months, Finance Company Bond Street

This EA position is for two months and is a hybrid position based in Bond Street starting on the 22nd August. This is for an Investment Company and will be paying £19 - £22 per hour.

Role

- Pro-actively manage the diaries of the Partner, Head of Business Development, EMEA APAC and the business development management and strategy team, to include scheduling internal/ external meetings, calls and conferences, and sending Outlook calendar invitations to participants

- Arranging and facilitating internal/external meetings and conferences

- Management of holiday calendar for the teams

- Managing team events including socials, cards, and collections

- Updating client records in Salesforce

The Person

- Experience in diary management 

- Finance industry preferable

- Proficient in MS Office
