This role is a Permanent EA position supporting a small number of Senior Managing Directors to provide a first class support. As an Executive Assistant, you will be required to represent these impressive leaders internally and externally, enhancing their reputation with all direct reports and clients.

In this true 360 EA role your duties will vary but include:

  • Management of complex and fast moving global schedules across time zones
  • Book and coordinate complex travel itineraries along with associated logistics
  • Schedule a high volume of video calls
  • Pre-empt diary conflicts and challenges
  • Create produce and design high quality documents using your skills across the MS Office suite
  • Draft and produce correspondence
  • Events and Marketing support as required by your stakeholders
  • Some personal duties as required

You will have excellent relatability, a commercial approach, be savvy with all the latest EA tech and relish in problem solving while under pressure, if you can do all this with a smile while contributing to an amazing culture then this could be the job for you.
