We have an exciting new temp to perm PA opportunity. This would be working for the CEO of a large healthcare provider who are based in South West London.
My client are looking for a switched-on and confident PA to support their regional CEO. This is a busy role, with lots of room for progression.
The role would be supporting the CEO, who is an incredibly busy individual and needs a right-hand person to help her with administration including diary management, meeting preparation, minute-taking and scheduling. You would be a gate-keeper for calls and would also assist with ad-hoc administration. There would be room for growth in the role and opportunities to get involved in projects and other departments.
The role is hybrid, with two days in the office and three from home. There would be flexibility with this, but you would be expected to be in the office for important meetings. The main office is based in Wimbledon and they are looking for someone who can start in early August.
