Executive Assistant - Principal UHNW Family Office (West End)

A top opportunity has arisen for a polished and accomplished EA who has a background supporting in a business and private capacity at CEO or Founding Partner level.  An understanding and experience of UHNW is needed for the level of expectation and able to switch seamlessly from business to Private Support the the Principal and his wife.

Heavy diary management and travel/itineraries in both a business and private capacity and liaison with other senior members of the Family Office on a daily basis.  This is a highly collaborative role with the other members of staff to keep things running smoothly so you will be a happy team player and happy to muck in when needed.

Based in fabulous offices in the West End there is an opportunity to work from home when the Principal is travelling two days a week.  Based in the office full time when the Principal is in London.

Interesting and varied role dealing with all matter of business meetings, various investments and liaising with external professional and advisors.  Total confidentiality is key and trust will be built over time.

The role will be weighted 60% business and 40% private and you must enjoy this style of role and have practical experience at this level.  Well spoken and presented is essential and degree standard is preferred.

A background supporting a dynamic CEO/Principal of UNHW is much preferred
