Job Title: Marketing Executive

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Hours of Work: Office hours 8.30 to 5.30 pm, five days per week

Job Summary

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive supports the marketing function across a number of core areas including content creation and copywriting, digital communications, and analytics and reporting. You will assist with Tiger’s internal and external content for all our communication channels, with a strong focus on written content and SEO optimization. It is your responsibility to maintain quality and consistency across all media types, driving engagement and brand exposure.

 
Responsibilities include:

Printed and digital content
  • Plan and create insightful communications across
  • Tiger written blogs
  • Externally published articles and newsletters
  • Press releases and comments as and when required
  • Videos and podcasts
  • Internal and external email newsletters
  • Awards entries
  • External surveys and feedback forms
  • Presentations, pitches and RFPs
  • leadership content for content marketing campaigns
  • Printed marketing collateral across Tiger Recruitment’s brochureware
  • Tiger’s website
  • Tiger’s social media channels
  • SEO-specific website content and landing pages
  • Review analytics and content performance to inform future content strategy
  • Ensure online content is SEO-optimised where relevant
  • Ensure all content meets the requirements set by Tiger’s brand, style and tone of voice guidelines
  • Proactively approach and engage with contributors or third parties, growing and managing contributor relationships through interviews and partnerships
  • Manage and brief Tiger’s external designer
 Social media
  • Create and adapt social content for a range of audiences and campaigns
  • Schedule and plan content across all of Tiger’s social media platforms using our social media scheduling tool
  • Ensure visual assets and photography are on brand
  • Respond and engage with Tiger’s social community as and when required
  • Work with Tiger’s consultants to update their individual LinkedIn profiles to maximise engagement
  • Review monthly analytics and performance to test and finesse our approach
  • Monitor social trends and stay up to date with changes to each platform’s algorithm
 Analytics and reporting
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to set and monitor quarterly and yearly targets for the performance of digital content
  • Collect and analyse data across Tiger’s website, social channels and email marketing platform to inform the content strategy and increase leads
 Administrative and project support
  • Carry out research activity for the Marketing Manager as and when required
  • Liaise with external suppliers to co-ordinate gifting ideas and branded merchandise
 Skills and experience
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ideally, successful candidates will have held at least 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Experience with a CMS is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial but not essential
  • University degree in marketing, publishing, journalism or similar preferred
