This is a lovely EA/OM temp to perm role based in the West End working for a boutique members club. A hangout for modern family living. Bringing together families, loved ones and friends. You will be working full-time, flexible days and hours. You will be enrolled initially for one month with the view to go permanent.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will provide direct administrative support to the CEO and COO, alongside supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administration.
Extensive diary management
International travel coordination
Minute taking, preparing schedules, document presentation
Answering phone, email correspondence
Filing, mailing and ordering office supplies
Recording Invoices and processing expenses
Complete ad hoc errands
Event organisation – socials for clients & team
Manage employee appreciation initiatives
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have 2+ years experience in a similar EA role, have a ‘can do’ attitude with a preferable hospitality background.
Essential requirements:
2+ years experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools and willing to learn new software
Flexible, proactive and open to a challenge
Exceptional work ethic, strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude
Entrepreneurial and driven with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects on parallel and competing deadlines
Ability to work independently, displaying strong initiative in solving day-to-day problems with limited direction.
