A recruitment firm in Wimbledon are hiring a part-time Office Manager. You will be responsible for streamlining the business and adding structure to their daily operations. The role will be 20-25 hours a week and this could be over 3 days (with 2 in the office and 1 from home) or split over 5 shorter days.
Salary £30-35k pro rata
The Role:
You will be adapting to a variety of different tasks, working to ensure the business runs as smoothly and effectively as possible. You will be responsible for implementing processes and structure and always thinking ahead. You will also add vital support to the Directors and be the office go-to for anything support related.

You will be adapting to a variety of different tasks, working to ensure the business runs as smoothly and effectively as possible. You will be responsible for implementing processes and structure and always thinking ahead. You will also add vital support to the Directors and be the office go-to for anything support related.
Key Duties Include:
- Actively managing appointments and ensuring all client and candidate details are clear and up-to-date
- Answering and directing phone calls, planning meetings and taking minutes
- Using Quickbooks accounting software to carry out banking reconciliations
- Updating and maintaining office procedures, plus developing a detailed and concise filing system
- Offering support to the Directors while ensuring the team is all on the same page with regular emails and correspondence memos
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications and has three years’ experience, preferably working within small businesses
- Is energetic, supportive and forward-thinking in their approach to all tasks
- Is proactive and willing to take charge of a busy workload, and can maintain a strong work ethic without the need for supervision
- Is confident in their work but also willing to learn and take new information in their stride
- Is discreet and understanding towards the running of a business, but also happy to make suggestions and contribute with ideas for development
- 25 days’ annual holiday + an additional day in the week of your birthday
- 1 duvet day per year
- 1 charity day per year
- After 3 years you will receive an additional 2 days of holiday per year

- Core hours 09:00-17:00 with flexibility where needed
