Prospect for new business opportunities with new customers and extend listings with existing customers.

My client, who are based in Eton, are looking for a National Account Manager to join their team. They are an exciting, unique organisation who pride themselves in their fun working environment.
Description
Key responsibilities of the National Account Manager are:
- To deliver the company margin requirements and sales revenue target by brand and by customer for Distributors and Convenience Channels
- Weekly reporting of sales revenues, forecasts and new business to the Head of Sales
- Provide monthly sales forecast for all customers
- Direct account responsibility
- Margin analysis
- Sales forecast
- Promotional program and annual plan
- Prepare and submit all Grocery promotional proposals to deadlines to ensure activation
- To feedback all information to the company regarding account visits, market intelligence, account strategies and promotional programs in the form of written communication, to enable the business to make any considered changes to its plans
- Ensure all promotional prices are in the system
- Ensure customers have all new line and promotional information to their guidelines and timings. Sample requirements for all new listings to be covered in line with each retailer's guidelines
- Manage account files for all key accounts
Profile
The successful National Account Manager will:
- Have the ability to successfully manage sales budgets
- Build strong relationships with all customers
- Be a strong and firm negotiator
- Be computer literate with an extensive understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Have good written and oral English skills
- Have efficient time management
- Be able to handle pressure
