A small financial services firm is looking for a sales administrator to work alongside their mortgage advisor. This is a really interesting role wherein you will support the existing client bank and assist in the process of taking on new clients. This is a great opportunity to join a small and friendly team that places great importance on learning and development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy role that requires a bright and organised candidate that enjoys working as part of a team and using initiative. Typical duties include:
To be successful you will be a hardworking individual who can work as part of a team. Degree-level education or previous admin or office experience is required. The ideal candidate will already have completed RO1 And CF6 but this is not an essential requirement

- Client services – liaising with clients and multiple vendors to process applications
- Draft reports and generate spreadsheets
- Support the mortgage advisors with research for new applications
- Data processing
- Process fees and monitor monies received
- Develop and improve CRM processes
- Involved in Ad hoc projects
To be successful you will be a hardworking individual who can work as part of a team. Degree-level education or previous admin or office experience is required. The ideal candidate will already have completed RO1 And CF6 but this is not an essential requirement
- High attention to detail
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, effectively manage time and adapt to changing role requirements
- IT Literacy and numeracy skills
