Team Assistant

Successful and growing financial services firm require an ongoing temp Team Assistant to support senior management and wider team.

Joining in a Float capacity, the Team Assistant will be exposed to various areas of the business, supporting with diary and expenses management, scheduling meetings, booking travel, preparing documentation and presentations. 

Other duties include phone coverage, covering other assistants when absent or out of office and a variety of supportive ad-hoc administrative duties. 

This is a fast paced environment, so it's crucial that the new Team Assistant is a self starter and ready to hit the ground running, with a positive attitude, willing to stick your hand up to offer support. Having said that it is a very supportive environment, with a team of EAs and Assistants to learn the ropes from, within stunning offices. Many temporary assistants have gone on to become permanent members of the team here.
