Excellent opportunity to join a successful, growing financial services company in the heart of the city as a Client Services Administrator.
£12 per hour/24k per annum - TEMP to PERM - Please apply if you are available immediately or available within 1-2 weeks' notice as this role will be on a temp to perm basis. You will start as a temp and move to a permanent contract after 4-6 weeks. Based in beautiful, modern offices close to Liverpool Street station.
Great company culture, friendly supportive team and great management. You will be joining an upbeat, friendly and hard working team providing administrative & customer service support to some of the company's key clients.
Duties:
- Answering and transferring calls, dealing with enquiries and queries
- Dealing with client enquiries, ensuring any issues or problems are resolved
- Entering data, ensuring up to date information is available in company systems
- Responding to emails, screening and taking action as appropriate
- Liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve queries
- Updating CRM system and database, creating new client records
- General administrative support
