We are searching for an incredibly positive, vibrant and influential Community / Office Manager for a brand new role in a creative and artistic, multi-business building. This is a busy role requiring a self-starter with excellent client facing skills and a passion for creative a positive work environment and culture! The team have fantastic relationships and really care about what they do; everything they do is centred around bringing people together and creating a fantastic working environment for all parties whilst collaborating with some brilliant businesses.

Your duties:

• On boarding and off boarding  businesses to the building
• Creating a fantastic vibe and culture in the building – events and socials planning
• Excellent communication with maintenance team, contractors and residents
• Managing 2x FOH staff- creating rotas, timesheets, pay etc.
• General management of the building

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in Office / Community Management or similar role
• A ‘can do’ attitude with a proactive approach
• A positive, high-spirited style, able to build morale and drive a fantastic, creative culture
• Must be passionate about and experienced working within the creative industry and fit in with a range of creative personalities
