Probably a graduate (or graduate calibre), you must have at least 12+ months' office experience (or you could have 10+ years' experience) ............. it's very flexible.  Property, travel, interior design, sales, PR could all work well ......or you may have run your own company or are simply looking for a career change and a new challenge.
