Professional Development Advisor

I am currently recruiting for an international law firm for a Professional Development Advisor. The role will be based in the client's London office, offering a hybrid working model. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

If you are successful for this role, your duties will include, but not limited to:

Coordinating the development and training programs for trainees, counsel, associates. Identifying training needs and booking any relevant internal and external training. Participating in performance reviews and creating the review materials. Monitoring best practice advice and evaluating how the firm can best adhere to such standards. Working closely with the international team to drive initiatives. Providing guidance on career opportunities within the business alongside tailored training and development plans.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below criteria:

2+ years experience in HR in any capacity OR2+ years experience in Professional development. Confident working will all levels of seniority.Proven interpersonal skills.
