Role: Customer Service Associate

Duration: 3 months min-temp ongoing

Rate: 12GBP per hour

Scope of work:

        Reporting into the Client Relations Team Lead, this role will focus mainly communications with clients via our phone system, live chat and shared mailboxes which includes working closely with a number of different teams ranging from our Relationship Manager’s to our Compliance and Onboarding team. This role also includes a range of technical Foreign Exchange tasks such as calculating rates and spreads and booking trades for clients as well as manually entering them into our systems and assisting Relationship Managers.

Candidates need:

• Strong numerical skills
• Good communicator- verbal and written
• 6months+ office experience needed
• An interest in Financial Services would be preferred
