An exciting opportunity for a graduate with 1-2 years corporate experience, to play a vital role in a fast-growing private equity in a beautiful office in the heart of central London. 

This global firm are looking for a driven, hungry, and passionate graduate to support EAs and The Operations Team.

You could be a Receptionist or Office Administrator, looking for your next step up.#

In this fast-paced role you will assist a Senior HR & Operations Manager and help them with the smooth running of the office.

You will have a practical and reliable approach to Office Coordination duties and a “muck in” attitude so that the business is a pleasant and efficient environment.

You will have had experience of accounts payable, diary management, catering, stationery supplies, and facilities.

It would be ideal that you have had some exposure to organising events and trips both on and off-site including ski trips, black tie dinners and staff dance parties.

The perfect opportunity for an Office Assistant looking to step up or a well-versed Receptionist looking to switch lanes.

£40,000 - £50,000 based on experience
