Working with two senior associates (Director/MD level), you will tackle the challenges of their ever-changing, back-to-back diaries; monitor their sent items to seek actions; and be dealing with the fact that everybody wants time with them. Scheduling here will involve both internal and external liaison, so you must be an outstanding ambassador for the company – the strong experience in a client facing role will help here.

- Complex international travel itineraries – monitoring, and creating solutions for last minute changes on the go
- Heavy diary management – with meetings across multiple time zones. Regularly resolving issues with last minute changes and clashes.
- Liaising with Senior Stakeholders, and their EAs, to arrange internal and external meetings - scheduling conference calls, or booking in meetings, and coordinating, creating and circulate meeting materials.
- Screening calls in a swift, helpful, and effective manner, responding and actioning as appropriate.
- Providing comprehensive inbox management to support your bosses.
- Liaising with clients to touch base, schedule meetings, manage contracts and check information for database maintenance.
- Assisting in the production and circulation of reporting materials – proof reading, editing, improving presentation.
- Supporting with events, where needed – booking lunch/dinner/functions/conferences etc. and processing associated expenses.
- Additional standard duties - filing, general office admin, expenses, booking couriers, taxis, teas, coffees etc.
