EA

We are looking for an experienced EA to support a Senior Partner of a large scale property consultancy based in central London as well as administration for the wider Team. This is a 1:1 EA role working closely with the Senior Partner to ensure his day runs smoothly as well as providing administrative support for his wider team to keep the Senior Partner up to date on the Teams activities and  results and improve procedures and processes where applicable.

Role responsibilities:

• 1:1 support to Snr Partner with diary management, travel arrangements, producing agendas, minutes, document production, expenses.
• Proving support to Snr Partner on wider team: Managing monthly reports and figures for the team to include; expenses, subscriptions, timesheets, fees and payments.
• Coordination of marketing activities for department to include, internal newsletter, events, updating client meeting spreadsheet, ensuring supply of marketing collateral.
