Executive Assistant   – Executive Search

Based in Victoria, currently adopting a hybrid model of remote/office working*

A great opportunity for a confident EA professional to join a global executive search firm.

You will be supporting one or two Consultants in all administrative aspects of client management and search execution with high levels of responsibility, where diplomacy and confidentiality are essential.

Key duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Being the first point of contact for internal and external clients and project managing complex assignments
  • Organising travel and managing consultant expenses
  • Preparing complex documentation to demanding deadlines
  • Maintaining the in-house database accurately

The ideal candidate should be:

  • An experienced Executive Assistant - previous experience in executive search or professional services would be advantageous
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Confident, deadline driven and focused on delivery
  • Proactive with a positive outlook and a flexible manner
  • A good team player, client-focused with high attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and juggle simultaneous projects
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and able to touch-type
  • Able to learn and use the internal database as a project management tool and archive system
