Temp Customer Service Associate

Are you looking for experience and work within a international payment company similar to Paypal? To help companies move money around the world as a Customer Service Associate. 

We are looking for recent graduates or junior experienced candidates to join for a minimum 3 months and then be ongoing thereafter at £12ph to then increase after probation.

Scope of work:

        Reporting into the Client Relations Team Lead, this role will focus mainly communications with clients via our phone system, live chat and shared mailboxes which includes working closely with a number of different teams ranging from our Relationship Manager’s to our Compliance and Onboarding team. This role also includes a range of technical Foreign Exchange tasks such as calculating rates and spreads and booking trades for clients as well as manually entering them into our systems and assisting Relationship Managers with administrative trade tasks. They will need to be calling out to clients to obtain KYC (know your customer) information, updating this on their systems and running documents through verification checks to assist our compliance team with routine Account Reviews.

Candidates need:

• Strong numerical skill Good communicator- verbal and written 6months+ office experience needed An interest in Financial Services would be preferred Candidate looking for solid work experience OR someone who is returning to uni etc in Sep and is looking for summer work
