We are looking for a passionate and driven Executive Personal Assistant to support our Co-Founder/Chairman by proactively managing their diary and supporting the team with all their goals and projects. An Executive Personal Assistant is very much at the heart of our company, providing invaluable support in the day-to-day running of the business. You will be expected to learn and understand a variety of day-to-day business functions resulting in a wide range of daily responsibilities. As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be a key part of the team, working very closely with the Chairman ensuring the smooth running of the company and their personal life.

Based at the heart of Canary Wharf normal workings hours are 8:00AM - 6PM 3 days per and a 5pm finish 2 days per week (Wednesday/Friday), however you will be expected to complete the hours necessary to achieve the expected company standards and performance.

In this role, no day is the same and so your role will also include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Inbox management
  • Minute taking in regular board meetings with all company executives
  • Prepare confidential documents and presentations 
  • Manage tasks Chairman & Directors has given members of staff to ensure deadlines are met 
  • General administration within office, including internal and external communications
  • Managing & coordinating personal tasks such but not limited to insurances, rental property & private health care
  • Coordinating and setting up meetings & conference calls with clients both UK and International based
  • Oversee Mid & End of Month meetings 
  • Work closely with other EPA to keep the smooth running of the office / general management of the office
  • Attending monthly work in progress meetings with company executives
