Patient Advisor

Our client, a leading healthcare provider are currently recruiting for a Patient Advisor in Hull.  You will be the first point of contact for all patients, family members and visitors – a caring, selfless attitude is key along with providing a top class welcome to everyone at the practice.

Duties will include:

• Providing support to patients, relatives & carers in a compassionate, helpful manner
• Be the first point of contact to welcome visitors
• Be the first port of call for complaints
• Deal effectively & efficiently with patient queries & enquiries
• Book & manage appointment requests and changes
• Register patients on the booking system
• Deal with all issues in a sensitive, confidential & factual manner
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
• Inform management of any arising issues
• Adhere to contract policies and procedures
• Treat all information confidentially at all times
• Maintain good knowledge of working systems
• Communicate with other divisions and team members
• Recording & reporting of incidents on sites
• General administrative duties
