About youYou will deliver a professional and effective HR advisory service across the business, whilst supporting the recruitment, development and retention of employees. You will be someone who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, whilst prioritising your workload, working as a team and autonomously.

Key Responsibilities• Providing full support, advice and guidance on all employee relations matters including general enquiries; employment law; procedures; disciplinary & grievances or absence issues• Active involvement of employee engagement• Supporting and reporting directly to the HR Director• Coaching and advising line managers• ACAS conciliation claims• Responsible for the recruitment administration process within the business• Continuous review of HR policies and procedures• Support training within the business

Key experience/skills• Proven experience as a HR Advisor• Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels within the business• High level of employment law knowledge

Please note this role may require occasional travel within the UK.
