Berry Recruitment are proud to be working with a market-leading, global distributor who are looking for an ambitious and tenacious Customer Service Advisor or sales professional to join their Bristol-based team. The role would suit an enthusiastic, outgoing individual or an experienced customer service/ sales professional looking to advance their career.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls from customers, resolving customer queries, placing orders
Gathering key customer information to identify sales opportunities, offering additional suitable products
Respond and resolve customer complaints quickly, through liaising with internal departments
Skills & Experience
Enthusiastic on the phone and able to handle a range of information
Highly organised, with attention to detail, verbal, written and numerical
Able to respond to changing priorities and to break down problems into small steps
Ability to learn and absorb information on an extensive product range.
The role would suit someone with previous experience in a customer service, sales, telesales or account management role or as an entry level role for an outgoing individual.
Benefits and Key Information:
A competitive basic salary of GBP24,000 - GBP27,000
An achievable quarterly bonus based on team and company performance, increasing OTE up to GBP32,000 per annum.
