Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling meetings, booking rooms, help to organise catering if needed
• Helping with expenses for the team
• Data entry and Database Quality Management / Salesforce / Excel
• Preparing meeting materials and board packs
• Assisting with event management
• Booking travel including hotels, flights and taxi's
• First point of contact for anyone arriving at the office
• Meet and greet visitors and prepare/clear meeting rooms
• Maintaining office supplies
• Other general admin duties when required
