An Investment firm with a huge global community and a growing London presence is looking to hire a proactive EA to join the business to support the Private Equity/Portfolio team. You would be supporting a Partner and wider team (3 people) and later on, there will be an MD who will also join the team!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This EA role is a brand new role due to exciting and continuous growth in this firm. This is the perfect role for someone who loves being within a support/EA role but also wants a work-life balance. Typical duties include:
To be successful, you will have solid experience in a similar EA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
This role will pay up to £55k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and a true work-life balance.

- Inbox management
- Extensive and complex Travel arrangements.
- Expense management using Concur
- Updating CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
To be successful, you will have solid experience in a similar EA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.
Essential requirements:
- Strong and stable experience as an EA
- Experience in financial services ideally within a client facing team
- Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
- Proactive nature
- Good use of initiative
- Efficient problem solver
- High attention to detail
This role will pay up to £55k (DOE), in addition to a discretionary bonus and a true work-life balance.
