Receptionist

Our client, a forward-thinking media tech firm that creates fabulous graphics for creative industries, is looking for a personable and enthusiastic Receptionist.

Based in beautiful offices in the heart of the West End, our client is looking for a proactive, tech savvy and polished Receptionist to come on board and join a hardworking team who are very well looked after and offer amazing perks!

This is a busy and dynamic role whereby the successful candidate will be able to get involved with a variety of tasks across the business as well as be the first point of contact for incoming clients. Therefore, all candidates must be presentable, have a ‘can do’ attitude, be able to prioritise workload and have strong organisation and communication skills.

Duties will include:

• First point of contact for the business
• Answering the phones and managing enquires
• Managing enquiries from the team
• Coordinating meeting rooms – set up, clearing, refreshments etc
• Ensure office supplies are topped up
• Setting up VC calls and IT
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Assisting with health and safety
• General ad hoc tasks

This is an ongoing temp role with exciting opportunities so all applicants must be immediately available.
