The Client:

VWA have taken on an excellent opportunity with a highly successful and growing asset management firm. Based in the West End of London, this firm are currently looking for a Team Assistant to support at Co-Head level within the Private Equity Division.

The Role:

TA duties will involve, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Co-Heads of the Private Equity business and wider team
• Arranging global and complex travel
• Organization of AGM'S/Events including off site meetings for investors
• Complex diary management with extensive meeting schedules
• Producing reports, presentations and briefs
• Managing filing and archiving for the team in accordance with regulatory and corporate policy
• Expense processing
• Cover Reception during times when required - lunch breaks and absence
• Ad hoc administration

Essential:

• Have the ability to set priorities independently
• Be polished, proactive and conscientious with an eye for detail
• Work to pressure in a calm and focused way
• Be a team player and willing to muck in with different tasks
• Employ a flexible approach to work and be willing to take on ad hoc administrative tasks
• Be able to prioritise and anticipate needs
• Have advanced MS Office skills

Desirable:

• Have solid educational experience, preferably up to university degree level

The Details and Benefits:

• Salary: Up to £50k, dependent on experience
• Standard hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm, flexibility required when needed
• Currently operating a hybrid model of working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
