HR Manager
Our client is a highly successful company, looking to appoint a generalist HR Manager, working 30 hours a week, with two days which can be worked at home. This role has huge growth potential and for the right person, will be a real opportunity for you to make your mark! General duties will entail:
- Advising management on HR and recruitment issues
- Discipline and grievance
- Management and reporting of exit interviews
- Addressing any HR queries
- Drafting and issuing of contractual documentation
- Research and compliancy of GDPR
- Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Collection of data and data analysis
- Administration for starter / leaver process
- Ad hoc duties as may be required
This role requires an outgoing person who is happy to challenge established practices and make a difference. In addition, you should be knowledgeable and happy to work in a standalone role. You should also be motivated, able to prioritise and ideally have experience of working for an SME.
